‍Why HATCH?

I am so excited to be on this team because the impact HATCH has had and will continue to have into the future is so vast. As a Public Health major, my intention has always been rooted in finding ways to positively enhance the health and well-being of the broader community around me. HATCH is altering the food landscape in a meaningful way that creates stability for farmers and food banks, but also creates greater access for community members, and I think that is simply incredible.

‍What's your favorite way to eat eggs?

Scrambled in olive oil - no salt or pepper!
